PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
All pieces are handmade and may show small variations in colour, texture, or shape. These natural variations are not considered defects.
We do our best to represent products accurately, but colours may appear differently depending on screen and lighting.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payments must be completed before orders are processed.
Payments are handled securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments.
Prices may be updated without prior notice.
ORDER PROCESS
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
If there is an error in your details during checkout, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Information about shipping times, packaging, and delivery estimates is available on our Shipping & Support page.
Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within the timeframe shown on each product page.
Under UK Consumer Law, orders must be delivered within 30 days, unless you have agreed to a different timeframe.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order.
Because earrings are intimate items, returns are accepted only if the product has not been worn and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings that show any signs of wear, handling close to the ear, or removal of protective packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@aneaatelier.com within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
You may choose a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, branding, text, and website content belong to Anea Atelier and may not be reproduced without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Anea Atelier is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or products.
This does not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, injury caused by negligence).
