We take great care to ensure your handcrafted jewellery arrives safely and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find clear information about our shipping practices, destinations, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times
  • UK: estimated 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: estimated 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Responsibility During Transit

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or customs inspections are outside our control.
If your parcel becomes delayed or lost, please contact us — we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We hope you love your Anea Atelier pieces. However, we understand that online shopping may not always result in a perfect match.
Below is our legally compliant return and cancellation policy for UK orders.

Returns 

Customers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Because earrings are intimate items, returns are accepted only if the item has not been worn and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings that show any signs of wear or handling near the ear.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging.
You may choose a replacement or a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
If the parcel has been shipped, cancellation will follow the standard return process.
